Buy Spicebomb Extreme for winter: 5,779 ratings, and buyers rate its longevity positively. Buy the original if you want it lighter. Between the Nightvisions, the EDP lasts better on buyer evidence. Whichever you order, check the code inside the box flap.
Spicebomb Extreme is the most-bought bottle in the family, and the only one Amazon tags with a negative. Leakage, 24 mentions.
It’s a packaging problem. It’s also the first of several things the listings won’t tell you. All six bottles we read on 17 October 2026 were sold by Viktor&Rolf Fragrances, the brand’s own storefront.
The code inside the box
Reviewers describe a “Secret Service” code printed inside the top flap of Viktor&Rolf boxes. On the original Spicebomb’s listing, several report opening the cellophane and finding that code cut away.
The bluntest, from May 2024: “someone has CUT the Viktor & Rolf Secret Service code off from INSIDE THE BOX with a razor!!!”
A missing code means the box was opened before it reached you. It doesn’t prove the bottle is fake, and those reports are old. Still, check the flap when the box arrives, and return it if the code is gone.
The Nightvision EDT listing has a gentler version of the same problem. An August 2025 four-star: “came in and was leaking in the package I can even read the secret code on the box because the fluid took the ink off”
How the six Spicebombs differ

| Nightvision EDP | The same list, word for word | $50.99 |

Notes come from the brand’s own Amazon listings on 17 October 2026. Extreme’s listing is nearly blank, so its row uses Viktor&Rolf’s copy on Kohl’s product page, read the same day. Prices are Amazon’s that day.
Notice the Nightvision rows. The EDT and EDP listings carry an identical note list. The page won’t tell you how they differ, so the buyers have to.
What we could read, and what we couldn’t
Amazon’s star filters weren’t working on 17 October 2026. A one-star request returned the default five-star set. So we couldn’t isolate the critical reviews, and this page publishes no complaint counts of ours.
We read each listing’s full star histogram, the reviews Amazon served, and Amazon’s “Customers say” tallies. Those tallies are Amazon’s counts of how often buyers raise a theme, marked positive, mixed or negative. Read them as Amazon’s numbers, not ours.
